I know it has been a while but here is a brand new cooking post. It's actually more a baking thing but that a matter of details right? They are called Rocky Roads and they are quite a hit in my family!
- A baking tin
- A cooking pot
- A heat resistant dish
- A spatula
- A mixing bowl (not on the photo)
- 200 grams of biscuits
- 175 grams of butter
- 250 grams of pure chocolate
- 150 grams of milk chocolate
- 100 grams of mini marshmallows
- A dash of pour syrup
Fill the cooking pan with water and make it boil. Put the chocolate and butter in the heat resistant dish and place it in/on the pan. Let the chocolate and butter melt au bain marie.
In the meantime you can crush the biscuits in the mixing bowl and add the mini marshmallows.
Mix the melted chocolate with the biscuits and mini marshmallows and add a dash of pour syrup.
Mix all of the ingredients one more time and put them in the baking tin. Place the tin in your fridge for a few hours.
And this is the yummy end result. I'm the first one to admit it doesn't really look appealing but the taste makes that up to you in no time! Hope you liked the post and did you already know this recipe?
